    Just for future reference I do plan on opening for more full body profiles after ACEN. AND after much debate and the humble opinion of someone who's never commissioned me before, doesn't seem to understand the concept of self-employed, and thinks time spent beats quality, I'll now charge $7.5 for a Full Body Profile. Per hour. It'll take me roughly 20 hours to complete this type of work but I'm only charging based on 15.

    Commissioners, someone thinks you're kissing my ass buying my work. I'm making you buy my work. I'm so sorry I'm forcing you to pay me your hard earned money for something you genuinely want. Please forgive me. I'm so not worth $7.50 an hour, even in bit sized bits because the total fee is just TOO outlandish.

    Seriously.

    Aahhh, had to get that off of my chest. I'm stressed enough about my art right now I really don't need a little internet-pussy-of-a-wanna be-programmer telling me how to earn my meager existance. And yes, I DID take what she said personally. With as much work as I have, BEGGING, as she said, for commissions isn't something I wanted to do. But art is my future and I'm taking the health/stress/and emotional instability hits it brings. I kinda wish I had ignored her or him or IT. They seem incapable of reading responses just as long as their own so maybe they're some word-challenged-micro cell with nowhere to grow. They talk in circles, point out points THEY just made as reflected insults I've cruely said back to them about their futures. On this public forum I've probably compromised their self-esteem (yet I'm not worth $7.50 an hour) by pointing out she has NO clue what she's talking about.

    OH her tablet has been acting weird, go give her advice about how to fix it and just be clear to let her know, it's not the tablet that's effecting her art abilities. She's only 17. Be gentle.

    GOD, I love the internet! LOL she blocked me from her page. Apparently she's notorious for doing this to artists here. She even went as far as to say I have money managing problems... in THIS economy the PRESIDENT himself has money problems!

    I'm good now by the way. After I wrote this I was fine. Just had to have one of those moments. Sounds like after this next batch of profile commissions I get a RAISE :D! Advice and love much appreciated. This'll be pushed down tomorrow as I continue with con preperations.

    Your art is so worth the amount you charge, maybe more. I wish I could charge the worthy amount for my commissions, but I'm not as cool as you. D: So I must rely on cheapness to guarantee customers.

    That's completely fair. It's not like you just do the commissions, you earn that money, I've seen your commission and they're great. Whoever told you otherwise needs to get internet punch in the face.

    Pshhhhh you are worth 7.50 an hour and then some. Your artwork is gorgeous. Absolutely GORGEOUS. It's obvious how much time and effort goes into each piece you make either for yourself or commissioned. You do beautiful work and you deserve the simple barely above minimum wage price you ask an hour. I can't wait until I have the cash to spare to commission you but then again, you may just be brain washing me D:

    You are worth 7.50 an hour, probably more. If I had the money I'd most probably pay you more for the work that you do and the effort, work, and time that you put into it.
