. That's a LONG ways away and they need the stuff in 16 days? Who knew planning/printing took so long. Some of this is still bound to change so I'll keep you all updated. Anyway...About the art book:
The title is Mangaka America and it's going to be published by Collins Design, an imprint of Harper Collins.
It will contain 11 artists, counting myself, from North America, each with a unique style. Each artist will showcase new original work and a tutorial on one of their areas of expertise. The book will be out in the Fall and will have 120 full-color pages. It's similar to the popular "Japanese Comickers" book.
It will have a forward by Adam Warren, one of the pioneers of American manga.

Honestly I didn't think I could be a mangaka because I'm not Japanese but Mangaka America changed my mind and I realize I want to be a mangaka more than anything and I'm definitely going to pursue this!
