Freak

I really just wanted to use red and blue . I drew this at work and liked the sketch enough to finish it. I didn't worry so much about her proportions since I wanted her to look weird and kinda grotesque... and more than a bit malnurished. I can't really draw uh... scary things. Like monsters. Once the initial shock of a scary creature wears off it's not scary anymore to me. Now ... things for like Silent Hill and Pumpkin Head THOSE damn things are CREEPY. I think it's because they look ALMOST human. Just horribly disfigured or abused or something. I kind of tried to do that with her but make it seem natural. The red splotches could be mistaken for blood or open wounds at first glance but after you look closer and just stare for a minute you'll see that's just how she was born.

Though the more I stare at this the more confused her expression seems to look. LOL! I had no clue what to do with the background either...
